- Board-certified or board-eligible physician or nurse
- Washington provider license in good standing
- Current DEA registration number
- Current ACLS and PALS certification

Full time physician employee with a minimum 0.8 FTE with full call assignment. This is a salaried position for the first year with eight weeks paid vacation. After the first year, the compensation is based on a points system. In addition, after a successful year of employment, associates have the possibility of being considered to be on the partnership track.
We are seeking independent anesthesiologists who would like to do day shift work. This offers flexibility and a home base for the physician looking to be part time.
Full time CRNA employee with a minimum 0.8 FTE with or without call assignment. This is a salaried position.
