Rainier Anesthesia has contracted with CORONIS to do all our insurance and patient billing.

 

Billing questions may be directed to them at (425) 407-1000 or please click the following website: https://www.patientnotebook.com/rainieranesthesia to make an online bill payment. If the payment is a prepayment for a procedure that has not yet occurred, you'll need to type "prepay" in the account number section.

 

Billing hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
